1914 Star named L-8372 L CPL A DEAN 1/THE QUEEN‰ЫЄS R.Arthur landed in France on 21st Aug 1914 with the 1st Queens Regt numbered L/8372. At some time he was also in the 2nd and 3rd battalion.He transferred to the 1/19th London Regt and was numbered L/17733.
