Isaac Osbourne born 10th May 1876 in Liftondown, Devon and was a 19 year old labourer when he joined the Royal Navy numbered 282057 as a Stoker 2nd Class on 5th Mar 1896. He served 20 years in the Royal Navy and was awarded his LS&GC in 1911.
