George John Patrick Treacher born 13th Jan 1927 in Blean, Kent earned an emergency commission into the Royal Armoured Corps on 24th Feb 1946 numbered 14404012 & 364219. On 1st Jan 1949 he was an Lt on the Emergency List moved to General List. He relinquished his commission as a Lt on the reserves on 8th Jun 1956 (he left for Canada in 1955 to be a farm manager) as he joined the Canadian Military Forces. He died 1979 in Newfoundland.
