Two men named on the rolls
Two men with the name Charles Henry Stephenson appear on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission Roll of Honour: A member of the Royal Naval Reserve who was lost at sea when the Trawler Arfon struck a German mine on 30 April 1917; and a Private in the King’s Own Scottish Borderers who was killed in action on the Somme on 30 July 1916.
