Ronald was born 1910 in Portsmouth and died between July-Sept 1974 in Greenwich. He was married in 1944 to Renee and lived in Woolwich. He joined the Royal Army Ordance Corps and was numbered 1059794. He went to Palestine as a Staff Segt and sometime transferred to the REME. We have him in Haifa April/Oct 1939 being in the Segts Football Team. He is mentioned in the London Gazette 23/11/1951 gaining a commission REME (EMAE). 22/12/1953 he is made a Capt, 22/12/1959 a Major and relinquishes commission 1/101/1960.
