Ronald was born 1910 in Portsmouth and died between July-Sept 1974 in Greenwich. He was married in 1944 to Renee and lived in Woolwich.He joined the Royal Army Ordance Corps and was numbered 1059794. He went to Palestine as a Staff Segt and sometime transferred to the REME.We have him in Haifa April/Oct 1939 being in the Segts Football Team. He is mentioned in the London Gazette 23/11/1951 gaining a commission REME (EMAE). 22/12/1953 he is made a Capt, 22/12/1959 a Major and relinquishes commission 1/101/1960.
