Robert Roche lived in Drogheda and Cork and enlisted into the Leinster Regiment numbered 1455 and landed in France on 17th Dec 1915. He was awarded the MM LG 4th Feb 1918 for the Battle of Passchendaele Oct 1917. He was discharged on 19th Apr 1919.
