Frederick James Kinge born 9th Feb 1902 in West Ham, Stratford was a 15 year old labourer when he enlisted into the Royal Navy as Boy 2nd Class on 7th Jan 1918. He trained on HMS Impregnable till joining HMS Royalist on 20th Jun 1918 till 31st Oct 1919. After WW1 he was a Fireman and he died in 1931.
