George Jack Adam born in 1889, was an 18 year old clerk from Dundee when he enlisted into the Scottish Rifles numbered 56555 on 3rd Sep 1917. After training he landed in France on 21st July 1918 with the 1st Battalion till Nov 1919 when he was discharged on 8th Dec 1919.
