WW1 Territorial Force War Medal named 4602 PTE W CHAPPELL D C L I.
William Chappell enlisted into the 1/4th Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry numbered 4602 before WW1 and then in WW1 served in Aden and Egypt. He was renumbered to 201475 and survived the war and also earned his Territorial Efficiency Medal and WW1 Pair.
